What StreetGrubs is

StreetGrubs is a directory and live map that helps people discover food trucks in the Fox Valley area. We provide the platform; we do not sell food, operate any food truck, or handle any food orders or payments between you and any truck.

Information on the Site

Truck locations, hours, and details are provided by the trucks themselves or compiled from public information. We don't guarantee it's accurate, current, or complete. A truck may move, close early, sell out, or change plans without updating the map. Always confirm with the truck if it matters.
We are not responsible for the food, service, quality, safety, or conduct of any truck listed. Your interactions and transactions with any food truck are solely between you and that truck.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

Misuse, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Site or its data.
Submit false information (including fake truck sign-ups or alert requests).
Attempt to access areas of the Site you're not authorized to use.

Food truck listings

If you sign up your truck, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and you confirm you're authorized to represent that truck. We may remove any listing at our discretion.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, StreetGrubs and its operator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your interactions with any food truck found through it.

Changes to the Site and these terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
